Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service - they are very thorough and clearly put the customer at the heart. I received a really good deal on my existing policy as well as an additional policy and was really impressed with the gentleman who I spoke to on the phone. Brilliant employees

To give Admiral credit, when it came to renewing my home and car insurance and matching what I had found online, the employee on the phone did a brilliant job at just about being able to match what I found. Also, when my car broke down, the employee who helped me go through the process of contacting the AA was brilliant and very understanding. From my personal experience, the employees who work in the call centre have been great and seem eager to keep you as a customer and try to do their best for you. Very easy

Never had any problems with Admiral. Making changes to my policy are always straightforward, never had a problem speaking to someone over the phone and even had them suggest ideas to save money on my policy. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022
