Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service - they are very thorough and clearly put the customer at the heart. I received a really good deal on my existing policy as well as an additional policy and was really impressed with the gentleman who I spoke to on the phone.
