Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Great experience to date

Friendly helpful staff and a fair price

I've used Admiral for our motor policies for a couple of years and decided to try out the offer of adding household to our multi insurance policy. It had to be done by telephone but the lady I spoke with was friendly, competent and professional. It didn't take too long to go through the details and the premium I was quoted was fair. Opted for Admiral, having performed a comparison exercise. When contacting them to proceed with the purchase of the policy, you can imagine how pleasantly surprised I was that they were able to include home insurance in addition to my motor insurance for just a few pence more. Average at best

You get what you pay for - cheap insurance but it ever actually need them terrible customer service (told me my car was a write-off (it wasn’t but idiot on phone said it was) plus so many lies about calling back by certain day, etc, none of which they followed through on). Customer service so bad they ended up paying me compensation for mismanagement of my case. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
