Fullly comprehensive service - going the extra mile

My car was destroyed when a van drove into it. Admiral sorted everything out professionally - provided me with a temporary car, kept me informed of progress and came back with a great settlement figure. Great service indeed. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Absolutely recommend

Have been with admiral for a number of years We moved over when my daughter passed her driving test and this was the most cost effective way to insure all our cars and building/home insurance under a simple straightforward policy. Customer Centred Company

My renewal failed as I had changed my card details. I was on holiday and suspicious at first receiving an email that my card payment had failed as I had forgotten I had renewed my card. As I was out of the country I was worried about logging into my account. Their customer services reassured me taking me through security and updated my payment. My payment was nearly two weeks late and rather than cancel my account I was reassured that my insurance was still active. Well done for a great service. Really helpful over the phone

I really struggled insuring my campervan with other insurers both online and over the phone as it is quite an old vehicle. I tried phoning admiral and they were super helpful, found a far cheaper quote than others for my campervan along with bundling in car and home insurance all in one policy. Saved me loads of money and stress! Any changes I have had to make since I just phone them up and get it sorted after a short time waiting on hold. Haven't had one bad experience so far. Better deal

I search online as my then provider had increased my premiums to considerably despite having been a customer for a number of years and never made a claim. I found that Admiral provided equivalent term at a lower premium. The process was easy to access. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
