Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

My previous insurance company were going to charge me a lot more. And I had been with them for years. So I looked for another insurance company, and found Admiral. Got the same amount of cover, for less than my previous company. Perfect. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024
