Exceptional and efficient service

Since joining Admiral my insurance needs have been met with efficiency, consideration and friendly-ness. All dealing with the call centre has been in a timely and clear manner and I have not had a problem yet that hasn’t been solved there and then. The team are exceptional at dealing with enquiries as well as taking the stress away from the situation , whatever that may be. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Outstanding customer service

Each year when I look at renewal of our car and house insurances I am always amazed at how Admiral are so competitive in their pricing and when I come to speak with anyone within their customer service team,they are always very personable and very informative, looking to find you the best deal possible. Fair, cover and price
