Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Veey helpful staff in setting up the policy and providing information

Had a great experience with the sales team and making changes for high priced items was relatively straight forward once they understood what I was talking about. Not had to make a claim so cannot realy comment about that. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

It's the costumer obsession 1st of all. They will go the extra mile to fulfill your needs and they will actually work with you to get the best price. Great customer service

I have been with admiral for both my car and house insurance. Multi policy is very handy, you only have to remember one date, not separate dates. Swift & Decisive
