Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Helpful at time of renewing

Thankfully we’ve never had to call/claim on our home insurance, but the customer service received when renewing our policy was brilliant. The member staff helped us with the level of cover and voluntary excess which was suitable to our needs and budget. CARnage

We had to direct a lot of the admin after we were hit by an uninsured driver. We haven’t felt very informed and the whole policy seems very pricey. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Easy communications and competitive prices.
