Great value and customer service

Being a slightly older lady, I appreciate being able to talk to someone on the phone and they are always very helpful. And they matched the lower price when I had shopped around. Reviewed on: 10th August 2024

3 years in & I just keep adding to my Admiral policy

Started with car insurance and now extended to house contents and itemised insurance due to how easy it’s been to work with Admiral and their excellent pricing. I haven’t yet needed to make a claim, so I guess that will be the true test. Only negative to speak of is the admin fee incurred every time you add any small thing to your policy can really rack up, usually costing more than the actual annual insurance coverage of the item you’re adding - beware and make your changes all at once if possible! Only as a good as when you need them

Last year one of my sons was attacked, badly beaten up and robbed. Admiral said he was eligible to claim for what had been stolen and replaced his valuables like for like very quickly with no fuss or hesitation. For this I was very grateful as was my son. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
