I have been a customer of admiral for many years. I always receive amazing customer service when I have contacted them by phone when renewing. Admiral covers us for all our insurance needs by having all our eggs in one basket!

By showing our loyalty to Admiral they are one of the few companies that actually reduce our premiums annually as opposed to others who increase premiums even if you haven't made a claim! 3 years in & I just keep adding to my Admiral policy

Started with car insurance and now extended to house contents and itemised insurance due to how easy it’s been to work with Admiral and their excellent pricing. I haven’t yet needed to make a claim, so I guess that will be the true test. Only negative to speak of is the admin fee incurred every time you add any small thing to your policy can really rack up, usually costing more than the actual annual insurance coverage of the item you’re adding - beware and make your changes all at once if possible!
