Easy and cheap

Managed to set up a multi car policy and home insurance all at once - really easy, and friendly staff. So much cheaper than doing it all separately. Very easy to make amendments too Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Easy peasy

Had our car insurance with annual so got a home quote too and went for both. When the renewal came it it was still one of the cheapest so don't feel ripped off being a loyal customer. Haven't had to claim yet but phone calls have been fairly straight forward to set up and renew. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Excellent customer service

From getting house and car insurance everything was so simple. I had a very lovely lady who was so patient with me. Also customer service was excellent which sadly I’m most companies is almost unheard of nowadays. But with admiral phone was answered quickly. Simply the best

Simples

Admiral are great and have very simple and consumer friendly online system in place so that you don’t have to sit on the phone for hours. I have been with them for 2/3 years and got my wife on with a multideal. Again easy peasy. In my time with Admiral I’ve only had to call up once and do the “I can get it cheaper elsewhere” dance. Now my renewal is cheaper automatically and in line with what the other companies are offering. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
