Straight forward and helpful

I've not had to make a claim so can't talk to that, but setting up the insurance (car and home) has been really straightforward. I had to call customer services as there were some questions and the person on the phone was really helpful. Although not made a claim on my home insurance I did call for emergency assistance after a smashed window in my front door - again the person who answered the call was brilliant, and help to make my door secure was prompt.
