Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Fantastic customer service

I had to make my first claim ever and did not know what to do, but luckily I was helped by a person called ANKID whose customer service was a credit to your company and the best customer service I have received in my 65 years of existence. Looking after their customers.

I've been with Admiral for several years now and I have always found them to be good value for money, they look after their old customers as well as their new ones, unlike other companies that ramp up the price of their old customer's insurance almost forcing you to leave.
