Great value and customer service

Being a slightly older lady, I appreciate being able to talk to someone on the phone and they are always very helpful. And they matched the lower price when I had shopped around. Reviewed on: 10th August 2024

Fast and responsive

My cover is well priced. Luckily I've only had to call on Admiral once, for a broken window late at night. They sent someone around immediately under my emergency cover to make it safe while I arranged a replacement. Really reassuring and the staff member I spoke to was very patient while I flapped and stressed about. Top marks! Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
