Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Why choose Admiral

Quite competitive against other providers and their Customers Service is very friendly. Normally Insurers put their prices up for renewal but Admiral turned out to be cheaper than all the comparison sites. Reviewed on: 17th August 2023

Value comparison

When we needed to renew home insurance it was going up and up and up each year even though we had not had cause to make a claim so we did a comparison and Admiral came out top.
