Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Fantastic help when we needed it

Peace of mind

Luckily I have not had to use my policy to claim, however the application and payment options were really easy to use and they have made the policy pretty easy to understand, which is really nice considering I have little understanding of a lot of the jargon that is used in home insurance.
