Great company

Always helpful, when you phone and speak to an advisor, and always polite and listen to your needs customer service with Admiral I have found to be excellent and one of the reasons I went back after leaving them one year for a cheaper quote and have been with them now for 3 years running…. Offering better service than others tried. In addition they try to keep the prices at an affordable level for me as an older person (79).

Friendly, quick and easy

Been an Admiral home and contents cover customer for c. 8 years now, and have never had a problem. Easy to get a quote, much better coverage for a number of issues vs other insurers, plus the excess is much lower than others. Annual increases are minimal, with no punishment for being a long term customer. Consistent, affordable and friendly

I’ve been an Admiral customer for a few years and have enjoyed excellent value and support in that time. Particularly around renewals I’m always treated fairly and with empathy that cost is important to me.
