Not worth having The balance is paid off in full yet card keeps on declining and was asked to provide evidence of payment which they acknowledged payment 5 days prior. Reviewed on: 8th November 2023

Review of the American Express, Charge Card:

First class customer service

I have been an American Express member for many years. Their customer service is outstanding. Real people to whom you can speak with rather than endless ‘options’ on the telephone none of which support your needs. Whilst many will think the fee is expensive I believe it is good value for the products provided. It is a pleasure dealing with Amex which cannot be said for many financial companies. My experience with American Express will be memorable,

American Express to bad they are not accepted in more stores

Amex Platinum great value of perks for whole family

Amex Platinum charge card offers very good value of perks for whole family if you are a frequent traveller (top travel insurance for whole family and top airline, car hire and lounges clubs). Much better than Natwest Black card. Amex Centurion offer even better perks but much more expensive and as such less value. Reviewed on: 18th October 2014
