Brilliant

I have always had excellent dealings with Animal Friends, it is great to talk to a person who is aware that your "pet" is actually part of your family, they are always understanding of the situation and are there to assist whatever the circumstances. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

Affordable and helpful

I needed pet cover for our trailhound and found Animal Friends to be the most affordable and accessible of the available insurers. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

The proof is always in the pudding

Have had 6 cats insured now with AF, wouldn’t consider anyone else. It’s all very well having insurance and all the pet insurers say how great they are, but as I’ve said the proofs in the pudding and we’ve sadly made a couple of claims, the first one when cover had only be taken out a few months before and it was for a major operation well into 4 figures. AF settled the whole bill immediately with the vets without any quibble. That’s how good they are. And in fact at least 5 of our friends have joined them after we recommended AF to them and all our very happy. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

Innovative and stress free service

Added service extras like video appointments for pets is a game changer! Stress free for both owners and pets, although having to chase a cat around a room with your phone for an image is a teeny bit stressful of not hilarious to any onlookers! The fact we could speak to a vet and have medication poated to us at home is great. It adds peace of mind andenas we dont need to make claims or visit vets unnecessarily plus the peta do not need to have the stress of going so a win all round. One word marvellous

They were very kind and considerate when I had to let them know that my dog of 18years had passed away, and I would only be now still insuring my other dog the girl was very sympathetic and it was lovely. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

Friends to our animals all in the name!

We have been with Animal Friends for the last 11 years. Not only have they been there in times of crisis for our doggies the process of claiming when needed has been easy when under the stress of dealing with poorly pets. Communication is brilliant and informative tips to maintain your pets health and happiness are also very helpful. They really our animal friends! Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

Liking the great reputation building here

Like most people I started insurance with a Big Name insurance. Premiums do rise, I know, but that was ridiculous. I thought I'd try a smaller brand.. little did I realise how a big reputation is worth more than a big business.
