A great insurance provider who cares for the owners as well as our pets.

We have insured our new puppy with Animal Friends, after insuring our previous dog for a number of years. When she passed away 18 months ago, the company sent us a condolence card shortly afterwards, which we thought was a lovely touch. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

I have insured all of my cats with them and never had any reason to not be happy with the cover. Sadly my two boys have now passed away. Both had renal failure and because I had the lifetime policies for them we were covered for all their treatment. When the boys passed away they were lovely and even sent a letter and email, I have kept both with their ashes and cards from our vets.
