Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

I had to call customer services to obtain a statement and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful, quick at actioning what I needed and overall I’ve had a fantastic experience experience with Atom and have recommended them to friends and family. Give it a try

Excellent saving rates, I'm still earning 5.9% until it matures in July 2025. Some people may be put off by having to use an app but it really is very straightforward and I'm well into retirement. Great facial recognition for security. Initially (2018) it was difficult to use, but in recent years it has become much easier. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
