Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Excellent service and great app

Excellent customer service every time I speak to the team at Atom. It was really easy to set up a savings account with them in the app. The all is excellent for keeping me up to date with the savings dashboard and the documents stored in the vault. I love that there is a chat option to speak to their team via chat rather than having to call or email. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
