Basic straightforward banking. Recommended Decent interest rates, had an issue opening the app on mobile phone but customer service resolved it. Nice app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Great range of savings accounts

Great rates of interest, also often really useful to have shorter fixed term savings. Plenty of notice when accounts are due to mature so plenty of time to consider maturity instructions. Love the new(ish) Instant Saver Reward which reduces the interest rate *only* for the month you make a withdrawal. It certainly makes me thinks about whether I *really* need to take funds out!
