Basic straightforward banking. Recommended Decent interest rates, had an issue opening the app on mobile phone but customer service resolved it. Nice app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Up and Atom!

It was easy to set up an account and use the app. The interest rate on the fixed rate savings account was competitive at the time. Although the bank doesn’t have physical branches it is possible to actually speak to someone on the phone. When I have phoned with an enquiry I was helped very quickly. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Customer services

When I had to ring customer services as I was locked out of my account they were very helpful. The only downside is your Face ID doesn’t always work well. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
