Bad but thankfully short lived experience Short lived experience - payments kept being refused from the Atom account, despite it being completely funded. Moved to First Direct and glad I did. Reviewed on: 4th March 2026

I had to call customer services to obtain a statement and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful, quick at actioning what I needed and overall I’ve had a fantastic experience experience with Atom and have recommended them to friends and family. Easy to use, even if not the most competitive

At the time of opening a savings account, the interest rates were the best on the market. This has changed a little over time and whilst not the most competitive, the ease of set up and managing my account is easy and quick. Reviewed on: 30th April 2025

Atom App easy to use

The Atom App is easy to use, with multiple options to log into the App. The interest rates on savings accounts are very competitive and are usually better than competitor banks. The reward rate is fantastic as it combines the higher rate of a fixed savings account with the flexibility to make withdrawals if required. Reviewed on: 30th April 2025
