With such a simple and efficient service anyone could arrange their insurance with Aviva! Not to mention the fair prices, maybe you will find cheaper quotes elsewhere however it's worth the extra penny to deal with a reputable and trustworthy company like Aviva. Drive on people! Fantastic my Aviva app!

My partner and I started insuring our car with Aviva in January and I have found them the best insurer I've used! The app is fantastic, very user friendly! Effortless

I've been with Aviva for a few years now - renewing the car insurance, and making adjustments to policies has been pretty straightforward, and I like that they explicitly include use of the car for voluntary work, which my wife and I do a lot of. The real challenge with insurance companies comes when you have a claim of course, and on the one occasion that we've had to make a claim on any of our Aviva policies, the process was very straightforward and proactive, with Aviva's staff being very helpful, and things happening in the timescale that they'd laid out. They are not necessarily the cheapest quote on every occasion, but sometimes it's worth paying a little extra for the quality of service. Reviewed on: 1st September 2017
