Would recommend

easy, good value with good customer service

I chose Aviva as they were a well known brand, and with good customer service, I had to claim when my car was broken into, the customer service was excellent, and my claim was settled within weeks. The bonus to protecting my no claims was honoured. The price was so competitive too. Reviewed on: 1st October 2017

Husband trashed front of car

Incredibly straightforward to get the car repaired. Claimed online, chose local repairer, took car in, it got fixed, paid the excess, took car home. No fuss or drama. It will certainly make me consider Aviva again for inssurance. Very happy with the service. Reviewed on: 1st October 2017

Good standard of repair

They were extremely fussy about the use of the courtesy car, but there was damage to one of my headlamps which was not there when the car was taken for repair. I tried several. Car Insurance Blunder...by me

Made a few errors when changing my car, instead of taking advantage and using the situation to charge me extra as many companies would have done, their customer service advisor explained the best way to solve the problem, and did this for me.
