Comprehensive and simple

I use Aviva to insure my car. The policy is very straightforward so I do not worry about nasty surprise fees. The price is competitive and I have had a good customer service experience. Reviewed on: 5th July 2017

Respectable

Aviva are a respected company with a big known name and for a reason. Their comprehensive insurance includes a lot more than other companies would with a well suiting price and package. They also take into account driving licence years in total from learners which really helped me when buying my first insurance. Would highly recommend Reviewed on: 5th July 2017

Great customer service

I've had a few issues with my payments due to my employer changing dates. Aviva was so helpful to put forward the dates with out a charge there customer service is second to none very understanding and helpful and there prices are cheap Reviewed on: 22nd June 2017

Aviva Renewal

Got some competitors quotes saved 60 days before my renewal date. Also logged onto Aviva as a new customer for a price comparison. Best competitor quote was under £500 with the same extras. A new quote with Aviva over £800. Finally got my Lots of persistent phone calls and emails and texts in the days prior to renewal. I HATE this. Got offered a £20 online discount but only valid for one day. Renewal with them was cheaper than elsewhere and the only thing I hate is that the value of my car stated as between £500 and £1499. I'm concerned as trade in price is only £190-£250. Reviewed on: 4th April 2017

Fair renewal price

Received a renewal price from Aviva which didn't change from last year, so happy to accept. Never had to claim, or speak to anyone thus far, but their online platform does everything you need. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2017
