Multicar insurance

I cannot recommend them enough if you are insuring more than one vehicle, I appreciate everyone's circumstances are different but I saved a couple of hundred quid this year by switching to them. My wife was already insured and it made sense to contact them. My only criticism is they are cheaper online than on the telephone and for some reason then cannot match the online price. Go via a cashback site and the deal gets better. Recommended Reviewed on: 29th June 2016

Simply the best cover possible topped off with the lowest possible premium

I had been with Aviva for my car insurance for approaching a year and my renewal was due.I signed into my on line account to check what the renewal premium would be expecting the worst to be astounded to see that in fact the premium for the next year was £3 less than the previous year.Not a great deal less but after reading forum horror stories of huge price hikes on renewal I was more than pleasantly surprised.A totally refreshing experience in this day and age. Smashed my current renewal quote

My renewal came through this year at about 300 more expensive than the previous year. Though this was following an accident and subsequent claim, so i had expected it to rise, I still got a quote from Aviva which actually came in 100 quid cheaper than my previous year! I then got 60odd quid cash back too which was nice bonus. their online portal is one of the better ones i have seen too - you can upload docs there and generally get everything you need relatively easily. Found policy that protects 3 years NCB.

The best rated company that offers No Claims Protection after 3 years for £40. (An offer that should be promoted more.) A very easy website to navigate and get a quote which is saved for 60 days. Not the most competitive prices and does not appear on comparison sites unlike it's sister company QuoteMeHappy. Reviewed on: 4th April 2016

Excellent service with a cyber smile

I have used Aviva car insurance in the past but always compare prices each year when it comes to renewal as saving money is key for me particularly at the moment as I'm on maternity leave. However, Aviva came up for a second time and I was so pleased to see this. As I change insurers most years I have tried out a number of companies so am able to give an honest comparison review of customer experience. Aviva has by far the best online database for policy documentation that I have come across. You have one log in username and you're able to access all your policies in the same place. This is so much easier than trading through millions of old emails looking for the policy yours flagged as current. Recently this also meant that o was able to access my policy remotely when I didn't have phone access (battery had died again) but I quickly needed to check I was covered for something. It was a like saver! The log in area is easy to navigate and nice and you can print just what you need instead of receiving through the post lots of papers one then need to file and store. I highly recommend them and just hope they continue to be priced competitively so o can carry on using them. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016
