Excellent service with a cyber smile

I have used Aviva car insurance in the past but always compare prices each year when it comes to renewal as saving money is key for me particularly at the moment as I'm on maternity leave. However, Aviva came up for a second time and I was so pleased to see this. As I change insurers most years I have tried out a number of companies so am able to give an honest comparison review of customer experience. Aviva has by far the best online database for policy documentation that I have come across. You have one log in username and you're able to access all your policies in the same place. This is so much easier than trading through millions of old emails looking for the policy yours flagged as current. Recently this also meant that o was able to access my policy remotely when I didn't have phone access (battery had died again) but I quickly needed to check I was covered for something. It was a like saver! The log in area is easy to navigate and nice and you can print just what you need instead of receiving through the post lots of papers one then need to file and store. I highly recommend them and just hope they continue to be priced competitively so o can carry on using them. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Had been through the price comparison sites but also decided to try aviva direct as they dont appear on them. Found them to be cheaper by over £50, so went with them, It was a straighfoward and easy process to buy online Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Changed to Aviva after price comparison, also got a bonus cashback through another site. Good levels of cover compared to some other companies too e.g. personal belongings allowance. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

To much paper waste, they send to to much mail. I had to change the address for couple of months and they rise the price, after the 2 months i called them to change it back again and again they rise the price. i was expecting to go back to usual price when i started with them. everytime i ask why they say is exposed area Reviewed on: 10th March 2016

I have not had to use my insurance provider yet (thankfully!) as i have not been involved in a car accident and therefore have not needed to claim on my insurance. however the service i am provided is brilliant, i can easily access my policy documents all in one place, and the website is very user friendly. I recently moved house and it only took 5 minutes to change my policy details, and the information was all available online instantly. So very happy with their level of service. Worth checking

We are currently using Aviva not only for our car insurance but also house and contents. They are worth checking out when you are looking at renewal as do not appear on comparison sites. Their quotes are usually competitive and if you have more than one product with them you qualify for a further discount. Also worth checking cashback sites as you will often find a cash back deal if you are a new customer. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
