Good service

Been with aviva a few years, I've had no problems so far! Reviewed on: 3rd March 2016

Young driver premiums.

Easy to apply for however still quite expensive and did not offer any sort of discount or other incentive to join like some other companies. Haven’t actually had to put a claim in (touch wood) so can’t say what they are like on that side but customer service seems fair and straightforward. Reviewed on: 28th August 2024

Had a new policy with them last year, ran like clockwork, ncb checked, sent paperwork as i am a bit old fashioned. Best part their renewal was one of the cheapest I found,so no need to change company, first time ever. You can reach them on the phone too. Reviewed on: 25th August 2024

A reasonable rate amongst the cash grabbers!

Kept my car insurance at the same rate as my previous provider from last year, a miracle amongst the hundreds of pounds of increases I know others have been getting.When I registered I didn't receive an email and their customer service was great and able to advise me of a small technical issue causing the delay. Online policy

Very easy to apply for and manage the your policy online - easy to make changes in-year. So much better than using a broker. After making a change you can download your new insurance certificate - in fact you can download your certificate at any time, which is useful if you find you need a copy for your employer if you're claiming mileage expenses.
