A reasonable rate amongst the cash grabbers!

Kept my car insurance at the same rate as my previous provider from last year, a miracle amongst the hundreds of pounds of increases I know others have been getting.When I registered I didn't receive an email and their customer service was great and able to advise me of a small technical issue causing the delay. Online policy

Very easy to apply for and manage the your policy online - easy to make changes in-year. So much better than using a broker. After making a change you can download your new insurance certificate - in fact you can download your certificate at any time, which is useful if you find you need a copy for your employer if you're claiming mileage expenses. Excellent AVIVA car insurance and pension services

I have been with AVIVA car insurance for several years. It provides great value for money, excellent services. I also have got my pension plan with AVIVA for many years, and I have never been disappointed with the services. I would highly recommend AVIVA to friends, relatives and colleagues. Aviva Car insurance? Not for new cars owners...

Aviva Car insurance is not adequate for new cars owners. Even in the fully comprehensive insurance package, they have an extra excess fee in case you would like to take your brand new car into an unlisted repairer (unapproved by Aviva). But this is deceiving. It is no guarantee you will get the repair costs refunded. Even if you want to take your brand new car, still under warranty, to the Make of your car for repairs to avoid voiding the warranty, Aviva sets its right to not agree to such repairs.
