Customer service is amazing.

Customer service is amazing. When a 3rd party hit my car Aviva did everything they could to make things as easy as possible to sort. I was kept informed at all stages and felt reassured throughout the process. The repairs were carried out quickly, solicitors found and replacement car sourced quickly. Within a very short time the whole process was completed and my car repaired to a very high standard with works guaranteed. Any queries I had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend Aviva for car insurance.
