AXA offer a multi-car discount for cars registered at your home address. There are optional extras you can add on to your policy for an additional fee and you can also get cover for partial hybrid, plug in or fully electric vehicles.

Been over 2 years since accident.

Been over 2 years since accident. Went to court and other guy admitted liability . Since then axa have still got my case open and my no claims is still affected . Never reply to emails . Terrible customer service Reviewed on: 28th December 2024

Reliable car insurance

Unorganised and terrible to deal with.

Its been a few years since I had a policy with this company, whom decided to nearly double my premium 3 weeks after i took the policy out with them claiming i had not sent them proof of no claims, despite me sending it recorded and it having been signed for at there office. In the end I cancelled the policy and bought elsewhere as I was so appalled with the service. I hope they have changed since then, unfortunately I will never be insured by this company as I do not trust them at all. Reviewed on: 1st September 2017

Don't touch this company

Dreadful customer service, never call back as promised, long waiting in queues and then transferred to other departments that never resolve your problem. Still waiting for my windscreen to be repaired after 3 weeks and numerous calls and hours wasted with poor response from AXA. Quick to take your money but SLOW to provide any customer service. I will never use Axa again despite being a loyal customer for 3 yrs. Reviewed on: 30th August 2017

outstanding claim

Hi, been trying to get in touch with AXA claims regarding an outstanding claim. The service is absolutely horrendous. I have phoned 5 times and each time been placed on hold until I have had to hang up because of other things that I have to do. Once waited 50 mins and still no one answered .I have emailed them 3 times and had no reply . These guys are cheap for a reason and the customer service is the reason. Stay clear. Good reviews and a great price

I have only joined AXA a few months ago. They were very easy to join and had good reviews. I got my insurance for a decent price. I thankfully haven't had to use them for any problems so cannot.l comment on this aspect. Reviewed on: 7th August 2017

A little extra

Came to a great arrangement to make first motor insurance more affordable for me and my family. Dual insurance quotes were worked out over a few phone calls and made it much more affordable. A few extra pounds for fuel :) Reviewed on: 31st July 2017
