Simple to use bank

Amazing and friendly

Long established business

Have banked with BoS for 30 years. Overall they have generally kept up with the times though more as a follower than a leader re internet and app. I live in London. My local Halifax supports my BoS account well. Phone Banking works well to though it may be because I am a Private Banking customer Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Very good bank with great customer service

Friendly, helpful bank

Our local Bank of Scotland provides an excellent service. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. Getting good interest on a current account is an added bonus. They offer a great range of products and you are always able to get professional help. When trying to get assistance from another bank, everything had to be done online. Bank of Scotland has a good balance offering online services if preferred, but still provides excellent customer service for those of us who prefer human solutions! Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
