Approachable Organisation

At a time when I was struggling financially Bank of Scotland were the only Bank who helped me out so I will always be the first to recommend them to anyone Reviewed on: 31st December 2017

Classic Current Account. Works very well for me. Cheque Book and Card that is a Debit Card. Great Online facility linked to my Savings Account and Credit Card and had my previous Cash ISA Accounts on it. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Amazing and friendly

Long established business

Have banked with BoS for 30 years. Overall they have generally kept up with the times though more as a follower than a leader re internet and app. I live in London. My local Halifax supports my BoS account well. Phone Banking works well to though it may be because I am a Private Banking customer Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
