Excellent customer service and great credit card

This was my first ever credit card, they gave me a good limit with fantastic deal on interest as I had been a loyal Barclays customer for 10 years. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2020

Customer friendly credit card

I have had quite a few (probably too many) credit cards in my lifetime and Barclaycard has been the simplest, and customer friendly service I have experienced overall. Anything I needed to do with my card, whether that's to change my direct debit or organise a balance transfer etc, it has been very smooth process with no fuss. No complaints

I haven't had a bad experience with Barclacycard, but I haven't yet had any need to liaise with their customer services about anything. That is where you really find out what a company is like. The online banking works well and is user-friendly. Barclaycard also offer regular balance transfer deals to existing customers. No plans to move to a different provider any time soon. Easy Set Up and Good Customer Service
