No complaints

I haven't had a bad experience with Barclacycard, but I haven't yet had any need to liaise with their customer services about anything. That is where you really find out what a company is like. The online banking works well and is user-friendly. Barclaycard also offer regular balance transfer deals to existing customers. No plans to move to a different provider any time soon. 0% money transfer for 20 months

It is impossible to contact this company.

It is impossible to contact this company. Endless automated phone menus, chat service doesn't work, app doesn't work and no way to talk to anyone. All I want to do is cancel my card. Reviewed on: 29th May 2024

Travelling for over 6 months!

I have been travelling for over 6 months with my family in Asia and used this card everyday. Most of the time it had been hassle free with no extra costs. Also communication when necessary has been easy. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

You can use the card aboard.
