Dispute resolved

An unauthorised 3rd party charged my credit card by £70. I raised this with Barclaycard and they sorted it straight away. The service was second to none. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Difficult to contact

I cannot pay on line with my new Barclaycard and even though I have spoken to them after a very lengthy wait to get through it is still not sorted. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Pestered in the post

Had credit card number of years ago, was advised in order to close would have to go into high street branch (which is nowhere near me) so I left the card with 0 balance. Every few weeks would receive junk mail with offers of new cards and better rates which i had no interest in. eventually managed to close via app very recently which ended up being so easy and simple.
