No complaints

I haven't had a bad experience with Barclacycard, but I haven't yet had any need to liaise with their customer services about anything. That is where you really find out what a company is like. The online banking works well and is user-friendly. Barclaycard also offer regular balance transfer deals to existing customers. No plans to move to a different provider any time soon. Dispute resolved

An unauthorised 3rd party charged my credit card by £70. I raised this with Barclaycard and they sorted it straight away. The service was second to none. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Good rates and extras

Thieves

Great app and fast set up

Really happy with my experience with Barclaycard. The set up for the card was quick and easy. Any queries I had were easily resolved by the customer service team and they were very polite. The app is easy to use and has a lovely layout. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023

Treat you like a fool

Keep you waiting on phone for 25 minutes then as you start chatting they hang up on you .3 x this has happened now. Also on another review site it says they sent email to confirm Identity before posting review, they do not , my negative review was not published , has this happened to anyone else I wonder ?
