It's easy to bank with Barclays, You can always get through on the phone if you need to, no long queues, any problems are resolved almost instantly and the mobile banking app is brilliant - reliable, multi-functional and full of everything you need for banking on the go. BMB

Best customer relation service

Always knowledge le, very short waiting time to answer, non-stop service, excellent app, secure, simple and fast. Immediate emails or text messages about things which concerns me and a cover of my direct debits up to approx 67 £ when my account can't cover, without even asking them for this free of charge service.
