Counterless branch

We have banked with Barclays for 40 years and now very disappointed that the Rugby branch is self service. You have to pay cheques in yourself using a laptop. A couple of years ago, the atm machine inside Barclays didn't pay out but gave me a receipt as if I had the money. BARCLAYS BANK THE FAMILIES FRIENDLY BANK

I have been a customer of barclays since I joined the ROYAL NAVY in 1964.although banking has changes in many ways particularly with online banking I have continued to stay with BARCLAYS as a loyal and long standing customer. they have in my opinion the best online banking portal of all oher banks. keep up the good work BARCLAYS.
