Great account and app

Mobile phone app far outshines other bank/building society banking apps I have hands down. Love the customisations and I can setup change and delete STOs and DDRs and paying cheques using the app is fab! Reviewed on: 2nd January 2019

Barclays just do it right!

I have had a few examples this year of excellent customer service from Barclays, both in person and over the phone. They have instigated great tools for customer communication over the last year or so with their chat facilities and continue to prove their worth in regards to other banks having issues with their IT systems etc when Barclays IT not only works but is always has the most intuitive systems to use from a customers perspective! Do what they promise to do and more

The products they offer are 100% for me and what i need. they monitor my money and have contacted me before i even noticed i had been subjected to fraud. Then made getting money back easy and stress free. Opening various accounts or just making everyday banking easy is why im with Barcalys. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2019

easy to use online service

Easy to use even with multiple accounts and the counter staff at Saffron Walden are well trained and helpful - please dont shut the branches!! Reviewed on: 2nd January 2019
