Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Great app, loads of useful features

Enjoy paying with my phone contactless, scanning cheques in etc. Very useful. Also can see my other bank accounts on the app which is great. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2019

Most stable banking experience.

Since, i joined the Barclays, never had any issues with security, money transfer, general everyday use. Easy to manage using the mobile app. Will be happy to use further. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2019

It is very convenient of Barclays Mobile Banking app.

Not been here long

Excellent customer service, prompt responses and polite staff

I have experience of a number of banks and Barclays stands out on top. The Mobile App in particular must be the best int he industry. The helpful use of texts, emails and telephone, is also significantly better than their competitors. Reviewed on: 1st January 2019

Barclays Bank is the best bank I have been with very polite.
