Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

I use the app regularly and find it very easy to use. Barclays offer many services and everything is clearly explained and accessible within the app. Reviewed on: 16th December 2018

Easy, Convenient Every day Banking

I find the banking app to be extremely helpful in transferring funds between accounts and to family members accounts if I need to pay them for anything. I can check if money has come into my account from my mobile without having to log into a computer. This is everyday convieniance and fits into a hectic modern day lifestyle where physical bank visits every few days or even once a week are not possible. Reviewed on: 16th December 2018

Great, uncomplicated option

I am foreign and only staying in England for one year. Despite that, I of course still needed an English bank account and Barclays was extremely helpful while opening an Account with me, who has no clue about how finances work in England, and supporting me in money transfers from my homeland to England. Barclays are reliable

I had a problem with an Amazon purchase. Someone had tried to hack into my account. Barclays sorted it for me. Cancelled the card the hackers had TRIED To use and issued me with a replacement very quickly. Superb service. Reviewed on: 16th December 2018
