Bad times

I was bankrupt and every bank I tried to open a simple account they all said no Barclays was the only one and for that I owe them for me getting back on my feet plus there online banking has got to be the best Reviewed on: 20th January 2022

Barclays care for their customers

A Barclays rep advised us to move money out of our current account as it was at risk if our debit card was stolen. A simple idea but not something we’d thought of. Also we have found blue rewards worth the monthly fee as we always make more back. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Overall A Good Experience

Many years with them ok

Had the account for many years, everything was fine except the interest rates for the deposits which are low. Reviewed on: 31st January 2024

Most insane and unfriendly bank

Barclays have let me down badly while I am abroad. Replaced my card without notifying me. Now stuck over 880 miles from home. Barclays error but note MY fault. Useless custer service who hide behind the phone wires.My advice, do NOT use Barclays, bank with them at your peril.
