I have a package account with Barclays that covers breakdown insurance with RAC. Phoned to see if this covers our trip to Brussels, as on the literature it says some European countries. Phoned correct number and asked the question, the operator did not know the answer and said he would pass me on to his supervisor. I was then cut-off, not very impressed.
