Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Superb customer service

I am delighed to confirm that since I arrived in UK seven years ago Barclays has been provided an excellent suport to me as a customer. But if I need to mention one aspect, I definetely choose its bank online possibilities throw the app. Reviewed on: 8th December 2018

32 years with my bank

I think you can only judge your bank when you have been in times of trouble, and how they handle the situation, that is why I have stayed with them for 32 years, I actually work with another competitor bank and Barclays are far more advanced with their technology, they provide a fast efficient service on the mobile app, I use it most days.
