Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Easy online banking

It is very easy to keep track of your accounts and how much you are spending and receiving from others I thought it would be difficult to receive all this information as I’m not very good with all types of online banking and the last bank I was with before switching was extremely difficult to even set up online banking but when I switched to Barclays it was very easy and I understood how it worked much better than other banks and I am extremely great full for it Reviewed on: 8th December 2018

A great app

Good customer service at all times

It’s like a I feel home comfort anytime I go to barclay, good at it’s services as well as with app service. Please keep up your service at its best as always, as you always been better than any other bank. Any time I go to other banks (Halifax, HSBC, Natwest, Santander, Lloyds) the moment I walk into I never had the same comfort, I feel like I am a guest but with Barclays I feel home. Customer appreciation separates Barclays from the others.

With almost forty years of banking at Barclays bank, have never had anything to complain about, this is true for my family and friends alike. Unlike some of the horror stories that I've heard about some of the other high street banks. Reviewed on: 8th December 2018
