Very helpful advice after alert

Sadly i have been targeted by scammers via phone telling me my account is hacked etc. I put the phone down and went straight to my local Barclays branch where a helpful worker went through all the possible solutions to avoid these scams and the steps i needed to do. Very pleased in general with the customer service on this occasion. I was assured that my bank account was safe and secure. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023
